• Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and select remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs processing or weather conditions.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Include all original accessories and documentation

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of certain products and hygiene considerations, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Exotic Boots (made from special materials requiring custom ordering)
• Any items showing signs of wear or damage
• Products without original tags or packaging
